What's Covered
- Structural integrity of solid rubberwood frames and joints
- Hardware, hinges, drawer slides, and connectors
- Finish defects such as peeling, cracking, or discoloration from normal use
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper assembly
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches from daily use
- Commercial or outdoor use outside the intended environment
How to Make a Claim
Keep your order number handy and email support@taitiy.com with photos of the issue. Our team typically responds within 1–2 business days and will arrange a repair, replacement part, or exchange.
