This is a good functional rack, I have been using it for a couple months now. I withheld a "star" in this review because it was more difficult to assemble than I anticipated from other reviews. Very difficult to assemble if you are trying to do it with one set of hands...needs a second person to hold things steady due to the shape. Otherwise, I am happy with the functionality and appearance.

This coat rack ended up being one of those pieces that’s both useful and surprisingly attractive in a room. It blends in much more like an actual furniture piece rather than just a basic storage stand. The rotating design is easily my favorite feature. Being able to spin the rack makes it much easier to reach jackets, bags, or backpacks without awkwardly digging around behind everything. Even when loaded up with heavier coats, the base stays stable and rotates smoothly without feeling flimsy or top-heavy. The hook spacing is also well thought out, so items don’t end up crammed together in one big pile. The added shelves make it even more practical for everyday use. They work great for shoes, purses, plants, baskets, or those random entryway items that usually end up scattered everywhere. Having both shelving and hanging storage combined into one vertical design helps keep the area organized without taking up much floor space. Assembly was straightforward overall, and once fully put together, it feels sturdy and secure. The only minor thing I noticed is that the exposed screw heads are a little more visible than I’d prefer, but it’s not enough to take away from the overall appearance. This is a fantastic coat rack. We LOVE the spinning base, which allows you to use the whole rack without having to reach around or move things - just turn the base and you're good to go. The base itself is heavy and gives you a very sturdy coat rack. We've hung school backpacks, jackets, hoodies and all manner of items and have never had a tip-over or issue with a smooth spin. Assembly took a little time - there are plenty of hooks and those require placement. One person can definitely put it together without assistance.
