30 Days to Be Sure

We want you to love your Taitiy furniture at home, not just in photos. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

Easy Return Steps

• Email support@taitiy.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
• Pack the item in its original packaging where possible; items should be in resellable condition.
• We'll send a prepaid US return label for eligible orders and confirm the refund within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Good to Know

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a flat return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. Custom or personalized orders are final sale.
