Refund Policy
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Period: If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions & Assembly Instructions

Assembly Status: We understand that furniture often needs to be assembled to see the final effect. We accept returns of products that have been partially or fully assembled, provided they are completely disassembled before being returned.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in "like-new" condition, free of structural damage, scratches, or visible signs of wear and tear.

Original Packaging (Mandatory): Items must be returned in their original packaging with all internal protective foam and padding. Furniture is fragile and bulky; non-original packaging is highly susceptible to damage during transit. If the item is damaged due to non-original packaging, a depreciation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Completeness: All hardware, screws, tools, and instruction manuals must be included in the return package.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been significantly modified, painted, or sanded.

Items missing core components that cannot be replaced.

Final sale or custom-made products.
4. Return Shipping Fees

Quality Issues (Covered by Taitiy): If the return is due to manufacturing defects (e.g., wood cracking, misaligned holes), missing parts, or shipping damage, Taitiy will provide a pre-paid shipping label or cover all shipping costs. We will also offer a free replacement or a full refund at your preference.

Non-Quality Issues (Covered by Buyer): If the return is due to personal preference, sizing errors, or "change of mind," the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@taitiy.com with the following information:

Order Number.

Reason for Return: Please briefly describe why you are returning the item.

Proof for Quality/Damage Issues (Required):

Description: A detailed description of the specific defect or damage.

Photos of Damage: Clear, close-up photos of the affected area.

Photos of Packaging: A photo of the outer shipping box (showing the shipping label) to help us verify if the damage occurred during transit.

Return Address Note: We have local return warehouses in the United States. Please contact customer service for the authorized return address. Do NOT send items back to the address on the original shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be tracked or processed.
6. Refund Processing

Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days.

Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
7. Exchange Policy
Due to the logistical complexity of furniture, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Recommended Process: Please follow the return process for your current item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item. This ensures you receive the new product as quickly as possible.
