1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking information.
*Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

4. Large Furniture Delivery Terms
For our larger furniture items, please note the following standard delivery protocols:

Curbside Delivery Only: Delivery is limited to the "curbside" of your address. Our carriers are not authorized to bring items inside your home, carry them up stairs, or provide assembly services.

No Appointment Required: Standard shipping does not include a pre-delivery phone call or a scheduled delivery window.

Remote Areas: We currently do not charge additional surcharges for remote areas within the contiguous United States.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s tracking portal using the provided number.
6. Out of Stock & Pre-orders
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock or available for pre-order, we will notify you via email within 24 hours. This email will provide the estimated restocking timeframe. Please reply to the email to inform us if you wish to maintain the order or cancel it for a full refund before shipment.
